This website was developed by an LPN to assist students preparing for the NCLEX-PN exam. As of the latest update, it features 7 quiz sets, each comprising 15 multiple-choice questions. Please note that the answers are provided without rationales.

This is an old resource packed with valuable study materials and numerous NCLEX-style questions, all crafted by a student nurse to aid others. While it lacks a sophisticated user interface, each question is accompanied by a rationale, enhancing its educational value.

Nurse Plus

This website is well-organized and features a user-friendly interface. It structures its questions according to the NCSBN exam outline, covering areas such as Physiological Integrity, Safe and Effective Care Environment, Health Promotion and Maintenance, and Psychosocial Integrity. Currently, it offers five sets of 20 questions in each category.

Nurses Labs

UWorld
